Position Summary:
Sezmi seeks a talented Web developer/administrator to implement and maintain the Sezmi website. The candidate has proven experience in building user friendly, rich, and robust websites, is passionate, organized, fast, likes to stay at the edge of the technology, is a team player.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and UI designers to collect requirements, wireframes and mockups.
Work with the Web engineering team to write functional specifications and develop applications using Web 2.0 technologies.
Collaborate with other developers to ensure the consistency across the Web modules.
Deliver high quality code.
Update content, monitor the Web servers, monitor Web analytics.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years expertise in coding, analyzing, troubleshooting of Web applications.
Expertise in PHP, MVC, Kohana, LAMP, Apache, MySQL
Expertise in HTML, CSS, jQuery, Ajax, Javascript, XML
Knowledge of CMS (e.g. Joomla, Liferay, SugarCRM)
Knowledge of Flash applications
Comfortable with SDLC, SVN, Bugzilla
Organized, able to work in a fast pace environment
Graphic and UI design tools

General Skills:

Ability to work independently as well as teams to drive tasks to completion
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills with respect to Web development and the creative lifecycle of content management
